Returns and Exchanges

We’ll gladly return unworn and unwashed merchandise, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full credit of the cost of the item(s).

PLEASE NOTE 

In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be: 

-Unworn with tags still attached

-No trace of makeup, stains, animal hair, deodorant, or strong scents such as perfume

Reduced and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

If 7 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for a return.

Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. 

If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped order. 

You can expect a refund for your return as soon as the item(s) are delivered back to The Cozy Charm and inspected for damage.

All items on sale of any kind are not returnable, therefore, please be aware of this while shopping.
